Cheyenne County Bond Cancelation and Road Project Change
The Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners met August 7 1923 at the courthouse Sidney Nebraska. They canceled the Peterson Shirley and Gunther contract on Federal Aid Project 130 B due to delays and directed a shift to day labor or relet. They authorized records of the resolution and sought department approval to complete the project by December 1923 with steel cable rails replacing wood guards. Notices to the Department of Public Works and contractors were filed and the clerk certified the actions.
