Drunken Murder Suspect Jailed After Rushville Killing
Five Rushville Sheridan county men testified at a preliminary exam in Sidney for Geo Ginger charged with shooting and killing David Shafer near Rushville last Saturday. The case stemmed from a drunken quarrel after Ginger struck Shafer with a revolver then fled, was pursued, and captured near the wagon road.
