Parachute flare stolen from wreck endangers public safety

Sidney Photographer Attends Father's Funeral
Ernest Moore, a Sidney photographer, traveled from Rushville Illinois after attending the funeral of his father James Moore who died at Culbertson hospital from bladder and kidney disease at age 25 years. The burial honored a man who had planned his own funeral twenty five years earlier with a tombstone placed and expenses prepaid. Music Week planned for Sidney starting May 8
At a general committee meeting in Sidney the annual Music Week was scheduled to begin May 8.
