Railroad Park Transforming Dalton With Civic Garden Effort
Dalton residents spearhead Railroad Park a long term project by the Dalton Garden Club with Sears Roebuck support for civic development. Plans include trees shrubs a lilac hedge and picnic amenities funded by local donations and built by students and volunteers. The park aims to shade picnickers and serve as a community monument reflecting civic involvement and future park funding.
