Nebraska Amends Law Making Divorces Harder
Nebraska marriage dissolution rules tighten with new provisions. Divorces arising outside the state require two years residency or continued Nebraska residence if married there. Service must be attempted for three months, six month wait after decree, then automatic operative status unless vacated. District clerks report statistics to the state health board. clerks receive twenty five cents per case. Emergency clause makes the law operative.

District Declamatory Contest Winners Named at Keith Theatre
