City Council Hears Band Plans and Park Action
The Sidney City Council met in regular session April 15 at 7:30 p m. Present were councilmen and officials. The board approved most minutes but postponed action on the Municipal Park. A band committee was formed to assist Mr Goulding and arrange summer concerts. The resignation of City Attorney Warren was read and tabled. The meeting adjourned.
