Nebraska shows growing aviation interest with ground training push and a state wide marker program. Sidney faces April 30 vote on condemning 480 acres for a municipal airport funded by bond appeal, with CAA funding uncertain. Cheyenne County plans 20 airplanes, and the Nebraska Flying Farmers group is expanding.
