Mr and Mrs Hiram Harper announce the birth of a daughter born Sunday March 28 weighing ten and a half pounds. Both mother and baby are reported doing splendidly with the father pleased to be called papa by their large new arrival. Cheyenne County Commissioners meet at Sidney Court House and approve a bond issue of 30000 dollars for Cheyenne County Fair grounds new buildings including Agricultural Hall Sales Pavilion Grand Stand and related improvements to be submitted to voters at the April 20 1920 primary. The board also named junior county precinct officials and adjourned to March 26 1920 with a plan to convene County Assessors the same day.
