An Illinois attachment suit against E Mosely was dismissed in favor of Mosely. A long-standing case over sheep trespass near Milner ended in a verdict for the defendant.

Tohn W Kingston a farmer teacher and Presbyterian preacher was instantly killed yesterday when his clothing was caught in a threshing machine belting near Besslen four miles east of Dietrich He was about 45 years old and leaves a wife seven children In Lincoln county he had moved from North Carolina and preached at Averell He died without speaking as the machine crushed him and tore an arm from its shoulder.
