That Estray Law Extends to Self Help and Sale Provisions
The act, approved March 1905, allows residents to seize stray animals from November to March if not adequately fed or sheltered. If ownership is known, owners must be notified. if unknown, the county recorder lists marks and brands and notifies owners. If brands are unrecorded, the constable advertises and sells the animals after required notices, with proceeds divided between costs and the school district.

Shoshone Falls Power plans Salt Lake electric line
With about 4 million dollars in backing from New York and Chicago capitalists, the Shoshone Falls Power company announced it will lay a transmission system 170 miles long to Salt Lake within 14 months at a greatly reduced cost. I B Perrine and H L Hollister, organizers, spoke at the Kenyon hotel after arriving from Idaho and Chicago. The hydraulic end at Shoshone falls, capacity 25 000 horsepower, is nearly complete. The company will travel to Salt Lake via Burley, Idaho.
