A Pleasant Party was held Tuesday evening at the McFall hotel in honor of a school teacher and Mr. C. E. Cole who are soon to depart. About twelve couples attended. The evening featured dancing and ice cream with cake served. Bragga orchestra provided the music for the gathering.

Train No 6 Crushed Man Near Depot in Tragic Accident
William H Bolin, 47, a shearer from Hailey, was killed when he fell beneath moving eastbound passenger train No 6 as it departed the depot around 10:45 p.m. Three coaches passed over him before the train halted. He died at the county hospital about 2 a.m. from injuries. An inquest found death due to carelessness, exonerating the railroad. Bolin leaves two children and had been traveling with fellow shearers to Fort Benton, Wyoming. A telegram from a Pendleton, Oregon, brother arrived after the funeral was arranged. Coroner W H Baugl conducted the inquiry.
