A citizens meeting at the New Opera house in Shoshone nominated five trustees for the upcoming year and ballot selections yielded J W Wheeler T M Starrh and T H Gooding C W Wernicke and J F White among top vote recipients. The group was declared the choice of the meeting with J W Wheeler T M Starrh T H Gooding and C W Wernicke later named as nominees. The gathering also considered support for a water works system with the crowd undecided pending further information. Perrine Builds Livery Barn for Shoshone Stage Company
I B Perrine began a force of men on his east Shoshone property to erect a 40 by 100 foot livery barn and corrals for the Shoshone Stage Company. The stable will adjoin C Hansen’s blacksmith shop and serve a daily line from Shoshone to the Blue Lakes Millner and Twin Falls, aiming for operation by early next month.

Village Board Adopts Dog Tax and Night Prohibition Ordinances
