Lincoln County Idaho Board Reorganizes Officers and Finances
The Lincoln County Idaho board of commissioners organized on January 12 1903 with Orlando Emmons as chairman and approved bonds for county officers including treasurer tax collector and auditor. They leased offices, appointed a county physician, and set salaries. The session covered road matters bridges and new road districts including Malad hill grade, Thorncreek bridge, and Bliss area.
