Art Exhibit Showcases Schroeder Works in Shoshone

The three day exhibit of George Schroeder paintings in Shoshone drew strong crowds. Schroeder supervised the show, covered all expenses, and donated admission proceeds to Ed Chrome. Friends say his acclaim in the United States may pull him to concentrate on eastern markets, possibly making this his Idaho farewell display.

Surprise party greets Mrs LeRoey with friends

A neighborhood party surprised Mrs. LeRoey at her home on Wednesday evening with about thirty guests. Eva Ontins entertained with piano solos while Collins and Hannifan played violins. Dancing and cards followed into the night as Mrs. LeBailley hopes for more such old fashioned gatherings.
