State Senator Fred W Jordan Found Guilty In Liquor Case
The district court spent Monday and Tuesday on the liquor charge against State Senator Fred W Jordan. The jury found him guilty as charged after testimony from Deputy L M Zug Detective C E Blair Judge J L Fuller and others. Miss Ella McFall Dies After Ill Health and Travel
Miss Ella Bellic McFall of Shoshone dies at six thirty in the evening following pneumonia and heart trouble after a period of illness and cold. Born June 21 1881 in Mineral Hill Nevada she lived in Bellevue Idaho and Shoshone where she managed the McFall Hotel. A devout Episcopalian active in church work she was laid to rest at Shoshone cemetery after services at the Episcopal church led by Rector W H Kent.

Agnes Donovan Dies Quite Suddenly
The Besrlet community mourns Agnes Donovan who died suddenly last Friday after a bout of fever. A sweet disposition and popularity marked her in school where she had entered the seventh grade. Parents Mr and Mrs P B Donovan suffer a grievous loss as the funeral, held privately, was led by Father Boogaers at the cemetery. Born in Salt Lake City in 1895 she would have turned 75 next June. Death occurred in April 1970.
