National Pool Exemption Certificates Deadline Nears

The National Pool for Exemption Certificates closes November 10th, the last day farmers may pool and sell surplus certificates. Producers with surplus are urged to bring them to the County Agent’s office promptly, says J. M. Parus.

W E Parr Dies After Stroke At 47 In Hallettsville

W E Parr died at his Hallettsville home after a Sunday stroke of paralysis in the early hours of Monday. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon. He was 47. Mrs Chas Maeker Sr Honored at 72nd Birthday Dinner
