Rotary District 587 Governor Arthur Kaspar and Mrs Kaspar returned from the Rotary International Convention in Nice where President Richard Evans urged a theme A Better World Through Rotary. The Kaspars also toured Ireland Scotland Wales and England before Nice and the Bavarian Austrian and Swiss Alps after. Newly elected officers will take office July 1.
