Meyer age 58 of Route 1 Three Rivers died at 2 am Saturday June 3 1972 in M D Anderson Hospital Houston after weeks as a patient Funeral services were held at 2 pm Monday June 5 in Brice Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Donald Brown officiating Burial was in Three Rivers Cemetery She was born Edna Stratmann daughter of F W and Bertha Stratmann in Texas and lived in Orange Grove before moving to Three Rivers thirty years ago She was a member of the Lutheran Church Survivors include her husband seven sons Milton Meyer of Orange Grove Alvin Danny Ray Clinton Darrell Meyer all of Three Rivers Ernest and Harvey Meyer of Corpus Christi three daughters Ellen Faye and Sylvia Meyer all of Three Rivers one sister Mrs Gus Hertha Meyer Route 2
