The Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner Texas has been sold by Cecelie Spoetzl daughter of founder Kosmos Spoetzl. William M Bill Bigler the new owner and former brewmaster of a San Antonio firm announced the purchase completed Friday July 1 and possession was assumed immediately.

Mrs. Anna Krause 93 7 3 died at home in Flatonia June 28 1966. She was born Anna Eilert in 1872 and married Carl Krause in 1889.
