Dickson Eason and Miss Etta Haser were married Sunday afternoon with Judge L A Meiners officiating. The bride is daughter of Mr and Mrs J A Haser. groom is son of Mrs Dickson near Moulton. Guests extend warm wishes for the couple’s future happiness.
Rathbone Temple No 78 Pythian sisters adopt resolutions on the death of Sister T J Burkett praising her service and offering sympathy to her husband and children. The resolutions will be entered in temple minutes and a Gazette notice published.
Resolutions announce the death of Mrs. T. J. Burkett on January 25 1907. The cemetery society notes she was a loyal member and true friend and extends deepest sympathy to her husband and family as a loving wife and mother.
Names listed include Mrs. C. B. Welhaueen Mrs. Cora Ward and Mrs. E. F. Wolters as committee members guiding the Gazette publication effort.

A lively Jan 24 social at the Shiner Opera House featured the Terpsichorean Participators dancing to Cuero Mexico Band. Moss draped corners and mistletoe centerpiece created a forest mood as thirty guests enjoyed a grand march and refreshments of cake and fruit punch.
