In Noblesville Indiana December 19 1918 Daniel Robbins and son Coy sue Union Traction Company for 1500 damages from an automobile collision at 9th and Division two years earlier. The son driving east on Division crossed a track and was shoved along the track. no one injured. They accuse the company of failing to ring bells or blow whistles. Robbins and son are residents of Adams township with Robbins described as a colored man.

Wife Dead Of Pneumonia In County Epidemic
Mrs. Viola Phillips, wife of John Phillips, died early Tuesday after a short pneumonia illness. She was S1 years old and survived by her husband and five children. The family, and sister Mrs. Alta Clark, have suffered influenza and pneumonia, with Clark's young daughter dying last week.
