Regular meeting of the Shepherd Village Council was held September 17 1962 in the Public Meeting Room of the Shepherd State Bank. President Gates chaired with present Cassatt Cook Harry Lantz and Lethom. Swenson was absent. The council reviewed final costs of the 1961 Street Improvements Program totaling 13001.54 and assessed adjacent property owners for curb and gutter lawn grading cement removal concrete walk and bituminous drive based on street frontage. Swenson arrived during the discussion.
