Village Council Minutes November 5 1962
Shepherd Village Council held a regular meeting November 5 1962 at the public meeting room of Shepherd State Bank. President Gates led roll call with Cassatt Cook Harry and Lantz present and Lethom Swenson absent. Council approved minutes, reviewed treasurer's report, discussed water pump delays and bids for 1963 gasoline, building permits, and pending ordinance revisions. The council approved multiple fund payments totaling 3300.26 and authorized actions on gas lines heater and Christmas decorations. The meeting adjourned with Clerk Newell Loren noting Thanksgiving with family.
