Shepherd Village Council Minutes November 16 1961
Regular meeting held in the Library November 16 1961 opened by President Oren with roll call and approvals of minutes and treasurer report. The Clerk was authorized to bid tires for the police car and the village to pursue state assistance on water wells and sewer financing. A five dollar annual membership in the Michigan Good Roads Federation was approved and numerous bills listed. The session adjourned at 11 30 P M amid notes on local accidents and weekend deer hunting trips.
