Cub Scout Activities Include Jail Tour Kite Derby and Poppy Drive
Cub Scouts from Mrs Owings Den 1 and Mrs Alexanders Den 2 with Webelos toured Isabella County Jail on May 8. A May 8 kite derby at Adams Farm awarded prizes to Brian Augustine Gary Owings Wyn Derry Greg Koutz and Michael Schafer. Monday May 10 Den 1 hiked back with a weiner roast led by Den Chief Michael Small. Joe Ulsh Post Auxiliary members attended officer installation in Midland. Auxiliary members may contact Vera Muller to sell Buddy Poppies on Thursday and Friday. Dr Dean Goblitsch attended the Michigan Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons annual conference in Grand Rapids May 10 12 with 1600 attendees.
