Governor George Romney will address the Isabella County Lincoln Day Dinner set for Thursday March 17 at 6 30 PM in Central Michigan University Center Ballroom. Coe Township and Shepherd Village assessors Elton Salisbury and Elton Miller will staff Friday sessions at Shepherd Village Rest Rooms from 10 to 12 to assist seniors and veterans with Homestead tax exemption forms. They will file affidavits, request birth proofs and ownership documents, and advise on the new law with no charge. Sessions run Fridays until March 1 with required papers.
