Barbecued Lamb Roast with Onion and Potatoes
A 6 pound leg of lamb is seasoned with salt and flour, surrounded by sliced onion, and roasted at 350 F. for about 30 minutes per pound. A sauce of catsup Worcestershire steak sauce Lea Perrins and cayenne is brushed on every 20 minutes. Roasted potatoes are added after 42 hours, seasoned with salt pepper and butter.
