Shepherd elementary students form council and library
The Shepherd Elementary School students from fourth to sixth grades organize a student council with nine class reps and draft a constitution for a vote by upper elementary. They set up a centralized library loaning Shepherd and Mt. Pleasant Public Library titles as a first step to a larger library system.
