Discussed water service to E Maybee and Merritt Oil bulk station. building permits for a quonset and pending resolutions on street and water contracts. Delegated inspections and approved payments for pumping station work, electrical contract, and various utility improvements. Planned sewer discussions on Clark Street and West Central Ave with land sale to Ray Mulder for 100 dollars plus costs.
