City Council Hears Third Reading on Bicycle Ordinance
A new bicycle regulation ordinance was read for the third time and laid over to the adjourned session. It requires bicycles to follow all road rules with penalties, night riding lights, no sidewalk riding or handlebars laxity, and riding in a lane near the right curb.
