Public hearing on amended use permit for oil site near Lerdo Hwy
The Shatter Planning Commission will hold a public hearing October 9 2012 at 7 00 p m in Shatter City Hall to consider Amended Conditional Use Permit 11 61 expanding drilling area increasing maximum structure height to 45 feet and allowing one additional well for an oil and gas production facility located about 800 feet south of E Lerdo Highway east of Golds Avenue. CEQA exemption noted and public comments invited. Copies available at City Hall Planning Department.
