American Legion District Installation in Shafter
Officers of the Fifteenth District of the American Legion were installed at Veterans' Memorial Hall Shafter on Sunday. The Red Devils from Los Angeles conducted the ceremony. District and Auxiliary officers, a turkey dinner, and post reports followed with plans for the next district meeting in Lindsay on November 19.
