Lerdo School Sold and Closed Amid District Changes
Lerdo School was sold to WESTEC and the western portion of the site including fields was not part of the sale. The school closed in 1994 after surveys showed residents preferred keeping homes locally. It housed Community Christian High School until 1996 and was put on the market for 350000 in 1997 as district ownership shifted to Richland School District.
