Mishap Hurts Prove Fatal To Ag Aide
Oris Earl Todd 33 an agricultural inspector died from injuries after a two car crash southeast of Delano. Fellow inspector Frazier F Pascoe 27 was killed instantly in the same wreck. Baltazar Casarez of Visalia was injured. Todd recently moved to Shafter with his wife and two children. Funeral services will be held in Visalia.
