Brain to ON Florez has accepted the nomination to lead Richland PTA for the 1997 98 school year. The public is invited to attend upcoming unit meetings and events including the barbecue carnival on Oct 16 and Founders Day in February.
A meeting is planned to forge a Museum Authority through an agreement between the Kern County Board of Education and the County of Kern to aid the struggling museum amid budget cuts.
