Bus driver accused of negligence in RLSD case
On the first day of school a Richland Lezdo School District bus driver allegedly dropped off two children more than two miles from home. A grandmother and families say the driver was fired, but a hearing could reinstate him. The incident occurred at Fresno Road and Highway 43 where there is no traffic control. RLSD has 10 certified drivers and state guidelines require ongoing certification. Information on the hearing and the driver’s name was not available.
