Funeral services for Marian Obadar McCullough 44 resident of Shafter Farm Workers camp who was killed Sunday morning when run down by a car driven by Perry Coram were held Tuesday at 4 p m at the Chapel of Janzen Funeral Home. McCullough is survived by his wife Oma Mae and four daughters Geneva Phyllis Ruby Idabelle and Mrs Zergie Kofield and one son Dewaine. Services were in charge of Rev Charles Ummel and burial was performed at the local cemetery.

Shafter Man Held on Hit Run Charge
A Shafter man was charged after a fatal hit and run in Shafter. The victim, Marion O McCullough, a local resident, died on Central avenue. A coroner's jury ruled the death accidental.
