Ammonia Leak At Lucid Farms Injures Two Workers

New Family Dollar Store Opens In Shafter
A Family Dollar store opened on August 30 on Shafter Ave to serve the local community. Public Relations Director Bryn Winburn says the chain uses data modeling to pick neighborhoods close to work and home and aims to offer name brands at lower prices with 8 to 10 local employees. Family Dollar operates 7,300 locations in 45 states and supports non profits through its Family Hope program.
