Daylight saving ends this Sunday. Shafter High School schedules and bus times shift on Oct. 24 and Oct. 31 with a 10:05 start, 3:00 finish, and buses two hours later. The 48th Annual Kiwanis Parade will begin at 7 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the court complex area, with entry forms due by Oct. 30 at local stores.
