Centennial Weekend Revisited at Shatter Historical Society Meeting
The Shatter Historical Society hosts its annual meeting on Thursday October 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Harlin P. Wilson Agricultural Museum to view a video reviewing last year’s Centennial Celebration events. A time capsule will be sealed prior to the meeting and plans outline opening in 2038 during Shafter’s incorporation celebration.

70 Years Strong Local Couple Celebrate Golden Anniversary
Ruben and Aganetha mark 70 years since their first date born of school and church life. Their long Mennonite Brethren faith guided service and music, with decades in Enid Oklahoma and Shafter California.
