The North Kern golf club held its annual meeting at the North Kern course after a midweek golf tournament and steak barbecue on September 29. 85 players competed in three flights with winners including Egan Gost George Stevenson Bill Van Brerk Carroll Knott Norman Atkin and Henry Dumler. New directors elected were George Ker Sha Bakersfield Thomas ter Fred West Ww McFarland Matar and Kay Imsdahl.
