Six advance committeemen have contacted local businesses and individuals to raise funds for Kern County Council Scouting. The drive aims to enroll more than 10,000 boys as Cub Scouts Boy Scouts and Explorers annually with a goal of 90 000 dollars to support a full program and cultivate future citizens.
