Kiwanis appoints Dr. Herb Neufeld Lt Governor in Shafter
Dr. Herb Neufeld principal at Shafter High School was installed as Kiwanis Division 33 Lt Governor at Veterans Memorial Hall on Sept. 5. About 150 Kiwanis members and wives attended as ten clubs joined the event with Loyd Burcham as master of ceremonies and entertainment by Randy Toews Cheryl Toews and The Best Dixie land Band in Shafter.

The program centers on a written contract signed by student and guardians, outlining objectives, coursework, and progress reporting. Mildew Control Tours Set for October 2 in Porterville Area
