Stephanie Lynne Rodriguez, 31, was arrested Nov. 13 in Bakersfield on DUI and resisting arrest charges after speeding through an intersection and failing to cooperate. CHP officers reported odor of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests. She resisted, spoke negatively, and authorities had to remove her from a patrol car and place her in a booking room where she refused sobriety testing.
