HUD approves sixth straight year for HACE anti drug program

Andrea Neufeld McNabb Remembered After Leukemia Battle
Andrea Neufeld McNabb 35, former Shafter Junior Miss turned teacher, died November 19 1999 after a leukemia battle. Born Bakersfield January 16 1964 she grew up in Shafter and graduated Shafter High 1982 later earning a BA from Bakersfield College and Fresno State. She taught for 12 years at court and community schools in Bakersfield. Survived by husband Lewis two sons Jacob and Dylan her parents Mervin and Elaine Neufeld and brother Scott. Memorial at Laurelgren Bible Church and donations to the Leukemia Society of America.
