Richland Board okays 4 percent raise for admins and staff shifts
Richland School District Board adopted a 4 percent cost of living raise for certificated management and approved changes to assistant principal job descriptions. The vote was 2 to 2 with a tie broken by President Carthal. The board also reviewed raises for confidential staff, hiring plans for kindergarten support, and discussed city water penalties tied to irrigation upgrades at Richland properties.
