Primary Job Attracts 10 Contractors For Richland Campus

The Shafter Recreation Commission will study swimming pool fees by comparing nearby communities to set a price here. Director Roy Farrell said fees should stay low so all children can swim as swimming partly funds itself and financing needs rise yearly. The board may ask Kern County supervisors for a small increased contribution.
