Mrs. Mary Strauss wife of George Strauss died at home in Compton California after a long illness. Funeral services were held in Los Angeles with Mennonite Brethren and Cudahy Baptist pastors officiating. Burial followed at Inglewood Cemetery. Survived by husband Garry two parents Rev and Mrs Wm Bestwater three brothers and two sisters with several relatives attending from Shafter and surrounding areas.
