Seventh Shafter Band Review slated for Saturday
Saturday event in Shafter invites marching band lovers to the seventh annual Band Review on November 5. Twenty elementary and junior high bands compete for top marks from judges with drum majors color guard and percussion units. Bleacher viewing in Manuel Park with ample side street parking. First band passes the reviewing stand at 10 a.m.
