Transfer from Porterville to Shafter of the food processing division of Wallace & Tiernan incorporated, nationwide water purifiers, was announced today by William Holman, manager of the division. Holman said his branch, Decco Decay control, has been moved to Shafter to be nearer to headquarters at Monrovia. The move aims to have Shafter area enter the potato business on a nine month basis with chlorine control apparatus sterilizing wash water at packing.
